How long does shipping take for customized items?
Since every piece is uniquely engraved for you, please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order is shipped. Standard shipping usually takes an additional 5-7 business days.
Can I return a personalized product?
Items that have been custom-engraved are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made on our part. Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days.

We use high-quality materials including 14k gold plating, 925 sterling silver, and premium surgical-grade stainless steel to ensure your pieces are hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant.
