At Engravd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your custom fashion piece isn't exactly what you envisioned, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
